Finally, schedule your time using a calendar or planner.

Commit to your priorities by blocking out the necessary time on your calendar, just as you would for an important meeting or appointment. A schedule allows you to protect your time and keep yourself on track.

A continual process. Time management is a continual process—not a one-time event. The most successful people regularly analyze their time, prioritize their tasks, and create a schedule for their day or week.
